No. You cannot go back. And the problem is not 8.3. Read the other messages in the thread you posted to.
Agree with Karupan! I've only used Safari, Mail, and Phone since upgrading to 8.3--all, obviously, Apple apps. Did everything called for in http://www.scottyloveless.com/blog/2014/the-ultimate-guide-to-solving-ios-batter y-drain to no avail. Never had a problem with iOS 7, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, and all the little ones in between ('cept for the BAD one, that I luckily never "downgraded" to).

I had the same issue with IPhone 6, I've downgraded it to 8.2 and tried both: Set as new phone & restore my data, but both didn't solve my issue. even in flight mode the battery ins draining.
Also I tried to downgraded it in recovery mode without installing any app, also nothing helped me.
The Apple support sent me a link for IOS Diagnostic and they confirmed that battery passed the test, it is not a hardware issue, but it should be checked by an engineer.
here I'm confused if the 8.3 affected the battery performance, why downgrading to 8.2 is not solving the issue.
any solution till now?
Think you might find that scrapping non-apple apps may be the only thing that works for now. I followed so many of the other suggestions, and it was only when I got rid of the last few apps that the phone cooled its jets and has stayed that way. I am adding apps back in 1 at a time until the flames shoot out. Good luck and hope it works.

Because 8.3 is not causing the problem. See my message a ways up the thread.
I disagree. The issue is directly related to 8.3. In my experience, tPhotos App is now a huge battery hog. Yesterday, it was at 25% of my battery usage, even though I only shot two pictures. Today, I haven't opened the app at all, and it is at 58% of my battery usage.
This wasn't the case in <8.2.
I have exactly the same issue after upgrading to ios 8.3. My iPhone 6+ was working fine with excellent battery life from 8.2 down. Now, when I check the battery usage it shows about 60% of usage by the Photo app background activity.
It may still be syncing your photos since the update.
sure not, I already tested to restore and set as new phone without any data and it remained draining

Beleive i tried them all, and is the same, and by the way second link is asking to disable almost all iphone features so why puchasing any iphone if i will disable all it is feature?
there is something should be done, maybe disconnecting the battery for a while or something else.
Your phone is still under warranty. If you've restored as a new device (not from a backup) and are still experiencing problems, you should make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it evaluated.

Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)
To be honest, performing a two-button reset is going to do nothing helpful for the battery. The best way to get this resolved would be to turn off notifications that you don't need, change push and fetch settings for email, reduce the amount of time the display is on, turn off background app refresh, minimize the use of location services. If none of those resolve the problem then a restore as new would be necessary.
TO be really honest, you don't know what you are talking about. AmishCake gave good advice. A reset alone is always a good first step in troubleshooting any iOS problem. "When in doubt, reboot". Closing all apps, then rebooting, is a good, more advanced, troubleshooting step. Turning off features is a worthless step in the case of sudden battery drain. It is only something you would do to squeeze out a few more minutes of battery life if the phone is working normally otherwise. Why would you want To cripple the phone you paid a lot of money for by emasculating it?
Battery drain that comes on suddenly is always a misbehaving app issue. Finding the app should be the goal, and AmishCake's advice is where you should start.
