iTunes 12.1.2 will not open

After upgrading to iTunes 12.1.2, iTunes will not launch. Here is what I have found in the console.

This is what worked for me. You basically need to go into the app and force open it.

1) double click on finder

2) go to applications and find itunes

3) Right-click on iTunes and select show package contents

4) click on the folder "contents"

5) Then click on the folder "MacOS"

6) Then open the iTunes file that will look like a black square with a green text of exec

7) After that it should open iTunes

Thx for the suggested help ran terminal and it asked for a password.


Put in my admin password for my MBP and got this error:
