Hello. My trackpad is extremely choppy after upgrading to 10.10.3. The cursor skips all over the place, make the computer almost not useable. Anyone else see this issue? The older Apple Mouse seems to work much better. Thanks.

I have disabled Handoff on all accounts and rebooted as you suggested. No problems so far after about 20 minutes. It should be noted, however, that there were no problems immediately before I followed your suggestion.
I'll consider the problem resolved after two days or so without problems.

Also I'm told that 10.10.4 should really fix the issue.
Well it's been two days without trackpad pointer problems since I turned of Handoff and restarted so I believe the problem has been solved. Are there so few of us with this issue that Apple didn't notice?
