iTunes Connect Can't Set Up The U.S Tax with 'Please make sure to fill out all the required fields correctly.'

FYI, I have sent an email to  support and the incident number is #529801.

I also would like to encourage everyone to report it in the best convenient way.

Does anyone have a resolution or an ETA yet?

I did it in Japan. You should try. If not, folow what I did. 1) Email them, 2) wait about half day (Not feedback on Email), 3) try to proceed it. and 4) You make it.

After sending an email and receiving a response last night from apple (only about sending screenshots, nothing about it being fixed), i tried again this morning and was able to submit the tax form, finally.

My banking info still hasn't been processed though and it's been several days.

I did the same thing : doesn't work yesterday. I drop them an email. And this morning it works.

Mine is also working and I'm now able to test IAPs.

My bank is not confirmed still however.

I meet the same issue and I think it's kinda a bug for iTunes connect.

I'm able to reproduce this bug if I left the first checkbox un-checked and click "submit", then the webpage shows error to let me check the first box. Then after check that and click "submit" again, the "Please make sure to fill out all the required fields correctly" error shows up.

As a work around, you need to fill out all the compulsory fields on first try before click "submit" button, so that everything will just work fine.
