Unlocked iPhone 5 not working on other carriers.

I got my iPhone 5 unlocked from at&t. But when i try to use it on other networks like t mobile and ultra mobile, the phone throws "No Service" error. I reached out to both at&t and apple and they confirmed that the phone is unlocked. What may be the issue? Suggestions please..
