I have the iPhone 6 plus and have lots of issues with it crashing and freezing and I find that the phone lags from time to time. I have wiped my phone and restored it as a new phone. This has happened in iOS 8.2 and 8.3. Any ideas of what to do?

I'm sorry about the phone man. That stinks. Especially on a iphone as new as yours. I have a couple questions. When you say you wiped the phone, did you do an erase of content and settings, or did you reinstall the operating system using the restore iphone function in iTunes?
If you did an erase of content and settings, set it up as new and the issue persists then you have isolated the problem to the iOS and reinstalling it should fix it.

I Went to Apple and they completely wiped the phone and i had to start again. the man in Apple said that doing that should fix the phone but it hasn't!

THANKS for answering that question. Its obviously important. If you've restored the ios, setup as new and the issue persists. It is isolated to hardware and you should seek service.
