keyboard freezing

Upon startup i must unplug the re plug in my USB keyboard to enter password. it will wake up the mac mini though.

Mac mini (Late 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

About NVRAM and PRAM

Disconnect other USB peripherals before bootup since maybe a problem with one of them

Try another KB. Maybe a bad KB
