ASC changes?

Hi all,

As you may know, in the past couple of weeks, some changes have been made to ASC. My first question is this: On this thisthread, the OP was able to upload a custom avatar at level one. I searched through my settings and could not find an option to do this.

Second question: I've noticed that you no longer need 150 points for level two as I have recently seen a user with less than 150 points and at level two. Have any other changes been made to any other levels? Is there an updated version of Award points, level up, and earn new privileges?
