I have a mac pro 6.1 late 2013 version 16gb ddr3 ram

processor--3.5 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5

memory--16 GB 1866 MHz DDR3 ECC

graphics--AMD FirePro D500 3072 MB

i want to upgrade the ram with Crucial 32GB Kit (2x16GB) DDR3-1866 RDIMM 1.5V Memory is it compatible with my mac pro

Mac Pro (Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

No. This is what Crucial sells as being compatible with the 2013 Mac Pro

If you choose the "Registered" DIMM option shown in that link (16GB size in this case), these modules do not mix and match with ordinary DIMMs, so you will be REPLACING your old DIMMs with one or more "Registered" DIMMs.
