Setting Military time on the apple watch

Just went for a demonstration of the apple watch. No one in the store was able to tell me if the watch could to set to military time format

Please help

to change to military time on the apple watch go to your iPHONE. open the apple watch app. select CLOCK. at the top slide over 24-HOUR TIME.

I use the modular watch face as well, and my regular time display is set as 24 hr military style. The sections that you are describing are the complications areas, and those are limited in their presentation. However, if you do not have the watch set for 24 hour time, then the complication would not display 24 hr time anyway. If you go to the Watch app on your phone, then scroll down to Clock, you can find the switch to turn on 24-Hour time.
