My MacBook Air freezes on a black screen

i was just watching a movie and got up to get something and when I got back it was just a black screen and I don't know how to get it back on

n nothing on the keyboard works so I can't restart it please help out

Hold down the power button and see if this appears.

If not, keep holding down the power button to try a forced shutdown.

If you still have problems, start up in Recovery mode and use Disk Utility to verify and repair your startup disk.
