Another Windows 7 Yosemite problem
I have Windows 7 (where I increased the partition size 😟) which ran under bootcamp until Yosemite, then had to be started by holding down the alt key. With he recent upgrade this option has gone.
I've looked at similar threads and here are the results of Loner's questions:

I've run testdisk, selected sudo to get root privilege
elect a media (use Arrow keys, then press Enter):
>Disk /dev/disk0 - 500 GB / 465 GiB (RO)
Disk /dev/disk2 - 100 MB / 96 MiB (RO)
Disk /dev/disk7 - 1998 GB / 1861 GiB (RO)
Disk /dev/rdisk0 - 500 GB / 465 GiB (RO)
Disk /dev/rdisk1 - 349 MB / 333 MiB (RO)
Disk /dev/rdisk2 - 100 MB / 96 MiB (RO)
Disk /dev/rdisk7 - 1998 GB / 1861 GiB (RO)
Based on previous threads I've chosen rdisk0 (not sure why)
Got the message
Disk /dev/rdisk0 - 500 GB / 465 GiB (RO)
Write access for this media is not available.
TestDisk won't be able to modify it.
And proceeded with continue without write access
To get
Disk /dev/rdisk0 - 500 GB / 465 GiB (RO)
Please select the partition table type, press Enter when done.

Chose EFI GPT (since it was auto detected) to get
