I picked up my device (Ipod touch 5th generation yesterday) and it won't power up. I tried recharging it, but without success. Any ideas?

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

we are not the only ones this is happening to it happend to me today and now it wont turn on .... and i dont wanna pay another 100$ to get it repaired .. i have a stuck homebutton so i cant do the power and homebutton trick
any ideas why this is happening ? our ipods dying automatically and not turning on i think apple should take them back and send us new ones
