Just curious if anyone has received a shipping notice yet for their Apple Watch If they were lucky enough to get an early delivery date (24th). I know if is probably a bit early but worth asking.

I arranged for mine to come to my office. The good news is that UPS comes early here and I will be here to sign of course. The bad news is, you can't add a business address to UPS my choice, so I can't watch it progress. No updates yet on the regular UPS site but really, it doesn't matter. Its not like its going to magically get here this afternoon. haha
Lsat day of processing and shipping watches for friday delivery starts in less than an hour (10am PST) good luck and hope we all get great news.
I'm also in Nor Cal and ordered the exact model you did, conf email at 12:03 and I'm still processing. However, I have see other's with the same model who had a conf email from 12:02 have theirs ship. I guess we were seconds too late. It's really frustrating, but I think we'll get ours next week. I hope so at least.
Keep in mind that there is still a very valid shot for people with the 42MM SS black band. If you are notified today it will go out next day air. May seem like a longshot but deafly a possibility.Have my fingers crossed for you guys.
Where in NorCal? I'm in Sac. If we don't get confirmation today of shipping we should go chain ourselves to the Flagship Apple store in SF lol.
I was told by an Apple rep that because of the massive volume of orders for some models that even if you have a deliver date of 4/24-5/8 some watches will be delivered Monday or Tuesday.
I am in Sonoma County. I didn't get a confirmation shipping yet either. I got the 38mm white sport. #FirstWorldProblems 😟 lol. I usually get Apple Products via FedEX
what are people's thoughts if Apple still says Preparing for Shipment but the ups.com shows

OK. Theory time. I ordered 42mm aluminum sport black at 0303 est in PA and haven't had my card charged or anything. I also haven't gotten Apple's "dear John" email. I'm thinking that still leaves a chance that I may get charged today and receive my watch tomorrow from either Harrisburg (3 hrs west) or Newark (1.5 hrs east). May be totally illogical and wishful thinking but I'm going with it for now.
I Oredered the 42mm space gray at 3:04 EST and im in NYC, there is still hope. apple will process and ship more orders today
I ordered mine at 3:03 ET 38mm space gray, still in processing as well. We do still have today, although someone had mentioned that they stop shipping orders at 1pm ET? Is this true?
