Just curious if anyone has received a shipping notice yet for their Apple Watch If they were lucky enough to get an early delivery date (24th). I know if is probably a bit early but worth asking.

I completely agree which is why I said look for a letter Monday (or check the site for a change in status) and look for a Friday, May 1, delivery. If you don't see it then you can pretty firmly bet that your watch will be delivered on May 8th, which is still within the window that Apple provided. If anyone doesn't have anything by May 7th they can look for another corporate speak letter from Apple but this time explaining, in Apple terms, the delay, providing a new delivery estimate and an option to cancel the order.
Yes I am an engineer and I know how product schedules work and the yield on electronic products. Apple knows exactly how many watches are produced daily and when they need to ship from China to meet the demand the preorders created.
Are you sure that spreadsheet is accurate? Apple is pretty reticent about such information.
So if you have to wait two weeks what is it? If it is a problem getting Sapphire crystals and Apple offered to send you an Aluminum glass screened mode, plus a partial refund, would you take that?
I didn't order one with sapphire glass. I just don't get why there is one certain color of sport watch that was not shipped, especially because it is one of the least popular. It doesn't add up to me.
The response about going to China was directed at someone else and was just using your alias for drama.
Being an engineer doesn't give you any special insight on product schedules and yields. But it would allow you to know that yields can be variable and **** happens. I guess I need to quit agreeing with you.
I doubt there is a model that was not shipped. Even the Apple Watch Edition were shipped.
There is no evidence to this that I can see. Just going by the statistics i have in hand, whether they are accurate or not. Making a educated guess on the fact that if they were produced in the first group there would be evidence that someone had received one somewhere.

Your statement makes no sense. Where is the data in the spreadsheet from? You remind me of the reporter from CNET that went on the news to say since he knew of no one who received an April 24th to May 8th confirmation date then Apple didn't send any.
