I find it a little tough to believe that there were other Sports Edition bands that shipped (all other colors, as a matter of fact) and that--just coincidentally--no one on the Google spreadsheet who ordered a pink band happens to have been shipped. As I said, on the spreadsheet, it shows every other color having been shipped. Now, I suppose it could just be coincidence that only pink "Processors" have posted there, but it sort of defies credulity, doesn't it? Additionally, I haven't read on any forum--or anyplace else--of a pink-banded watch being shipped. Someone can correct me, if I'm wrong.

Further, I'm pretty confident that I was in the first few people to have ordered a 38mm pink Sports watch. My confirmation email was time-stamped at 2:02 CT, how many people could have ordered the same SKU before me? I can answer that, once again using the spreadsheet-not many. Fewer than 20 of the 500 or so entries had a time stamp of 01. Of those about 90% had shipped or were preparing to ship. The single entry in the Pink category earlier than 02 is still processing, as on 6:17 CDT.

It seems pretty evident that they ARE filling orders by SKU. That's really the ONLY explanation apart from having no pink bands at launch (Why?). That, though, gives me hope. Clearly, we should be "next."

The other thing that gives me hope is watching an unpacking video. It's pretty clear that the watches were packaged--with the band attached--before they hit the States. In other words, no one here is deciding to pack a white band, rather than pink.

I feel like we Pinks will have an answer pretty soon. If they have pink bands, they should start shipping in the next day or two. Otherwise, there's no explanation other than someone forgot to press the "pink" color button on the rubber band machine.

Again, it is very possible that the crowd-sourced spreadsheet is highly inaccurate. Or perhaps blondes that like pink don't know how to use the internet other than for shopping and Facebook.

Thank you, someone who understands statistics, and using your resources. I checked twitter, Facebook, and google images and have seen no pink watches. We are not alone! Thats why I was so disappointed when I didn't get a shipped notification today

Well, deggie, I'm a brunette, a guy and I went to Southern California and Yale, so I'm pretty sure that I know how to use the internet for things apart from Facebook and shopping.

Based upon the self reported data in this forum, people who ordered pink watches have a correlation with higher levels of education.

You didn't fit the profile, that is why they held your order.

I certainly hope pink will begin shipping some time next week. I don't think any have shipped at all either. The only reason I keep following this discussion is for news that a pink watch has moved on from "processing". It kind of stinks though. If it's not here by Tuesday, who know when I'll be able to get it. I have to work the remainder of the week so if it's delivered Wednesday through Friday I will miss the delivery.😟

I spoke with an Apple Rep and was told that Apple is still shipping Apple Watches everyday except Sunday which means: 1) It not only going to be either today, May 1, or May 8...it can be any day in between, and 2) It is still possible to get it on Monday 🙂

I haven't had much luck asking Apple reps for unofficial info of this type. What I would love to know is whether they're currently shipping the 42mm SS BSB in any significant quantities and, if not, when we can expect them to. We already know the Sport models are shipping.

did apple or the shipping companies do anything today besides deliver? Did any status changes take place? Did Apple take today off? Did anyone go from processing to shipping?
