How to report a inappropriate app found in the App Store on a iPhone?

If you've downloaded the app then you can try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

If not then you can contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

My above reply is 18 months old, since then Apple have re-designed their website. You can still contact iTunes Support via that link, or via the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here, or via https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

Apple has removed the feature or ability to report bad apps. All one can do is request a refund. The link above does not give one the option to report Apps nor is there an option in iTunes for Windows.

I wonder if Apple is in need of some help.

I’ve reported several fake/scam apps and all I get is ******** replies and ******* worthless promises.
