Cannot log into apple ID for iMessages on iPad air 2. Tried resetting pw. Error message: could not sign in. Check connection. Tried on multiple wifi.
I just received a new iPad air 2 for work. I have been able to sync things like my notes and contacts, but iMessages will not work for me.
Error message: iMessage Activiation - Could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again.
I've tried resetting and checking my password and have tried it using multiple wifi networks.
