My USB personal hotspot (iOS7) doesn't auto detect in Win7?? Wifi via hotspot works though...

From what I gather, you’ve enabled Personal Hotspot on your iPhone 4 and you aren’t able to join the Wi-Fi network on your PC. If you haven’t already, try running through the troubleshooting suggestions in the article linked below.

No, my hotspot via wifi is working but not with usb cable. As I understand, hotspot via usb cable auto detects but it is not..
To be more precise, my PC is not detecting the APPLE MOBILE DEVICE ETHERNET via USB.
