I'm trying to find the best way to add a gift card to Passbook, whose company doesn't either have an App, or maybe doesn't support Passbook.
Is there an easy way to do this, or maybe even a third party app that will do so?

"Passbook" - do you mean Apple Pay? (Passbook has several other functions). Not unless the bank issuing the gift card will activate it in Apple Pay - never heard of one that did.

I'm currently using Apple Pay as well.
Apple's Passbook App for iOS has the Passbook App which will not only store you Apple Pay credentials, but will also store Passes.
Passes being: iTunes card, Starbucks Card,
Rewards cards like: Delta SkyMiles card, myLowes rewards card, AutoZone rewards card, etc.
I've read on Apple's website that you can add coupons, gift cards etc. Just not sure how to do so.
Anything added to Passbook has to be designed/coded to do so. The developer has to provide the way to link the card to Passbook on the site where it exists. If you mean a physical card - no.
So this is why I posted this thread into the Apple Support Communities.

I'm wanting advice from anyone who has done so, and which iOS App is the best at doing so.
They really don't work. Read the reviews of the Gyft app. The Tango app isn't available in the USA anymore (if ever)/
