got this notification : Debt Account high , what??

had this morning this message on my locking screen: "Debt Account high 3:55" the notification came not from a app, it came from the system, from ios, you know the one with little exclamation mark in a circle. i don't do anything with money via my phone. it's gone now but i don't what this was.
