The iPhone 5S will self destruct if you try to install iOS 9 on it.......😉
Seriously, iOS 9 has not been annouced, let alone released. I doubt it's even in beta. No one here would know what devices it will work on.
iOS 9 is currently on the early stages of development. To see how it works on the iPhone 5s, we need to wait for the start of beta testing program. Most likely, it will be launched later this year.
Surely enough, iOS 9 will work slower than on the iPhone 6/6 Plus or a newer device.
Indeed it will. However, when I had iOS 7 on my iPhone 4, it lagged VERY bad. Will it be that bad or will it give me a reasonable experience?
Unfortunately, I'm not a developer of iOS 9 🙂
It's too early to make any predictions concerning the performance or hardware requirements of this version of iOS.

How on Earth would you expect anyone to know the answer to that question? No beta has been released. Nobody can predict the future. And our crystal ball is broken. Do you think we have clairvoyance or something?
