Hello,

After upgading to Yosemite 10.10.3 I can't transfer my GoPro files into my Mac via USB cable. Can't use card reader because my MacPro doesn't have one. GoPro Importer, picture capture, new photo app or simply mounting as an sd card and copying to hdd, nothing is working!

I am sick of it!!! On windows everything is working perfectly :/ What the ****...

Anyone had this problem?

Will be veeery thankful for help!

As I wrote: "GoPro Importer, picture capture, new photo app or simply mounting as an sd card and copying to hdd, nothing is working!"

All these apps are uselles when I want to import files from GoPro... on iPhoto I get message that file is not recognized... It is a simple .jpg or .mp4 file!!!

RIght before copying ends I get -9912 error!!!

Please let me know if the SD card reader will help. In my case I have a problem cause my 2009 Mac don't have a card reader. For now to import GoPro footage I'm using FCX... Only software that is working, but that's a very annoing method, cause I have to copy files to FCX then drag it out to new folder, transform it to Apple Pro Res format, back to FFX to edit... It takes fooorever!!!

Apple fix this problem!

I am also having problems importing GoPro footage, and when I say having problems... I mean it's not working at all!!! Nothing is working!! I have tried everything. Photos won't import, GoPro Studio imports but then Mac tells me that there is an error and cannot copy the files. Image capture does the same thing, imports then says there is an error!!!

WHEN is this going to be fixed!!!??

It had better be soon!!!

If anyone has found any software that will import from gopro on os x yosmite please let me know

thanks

I just got an iPad Air 2 because I wanted something smaller and lighter to take on the road to view photos & videos (and check mail, etc.)- it is my first Apple device, and I'm not impressed- I should have gotten a Surface or Chromebook! I can do so much more with my PC laptop!

As to downloading from my 3+ Black, I just spent $30+ on a Lightning to USB adapter only to find out it does't work with my "Rotten Apple!" i.e. "Access Unavailable" "Accessory uses too much power" say what!!!! The only way to download seems to be via relatively slow WiFi which eats battery juice too!!! So far I have also been unable to download via WiFi with power applied to the GP. At least the Lightning-USB connector works with my Canon DSLR which I also use to shoot videos.
