Diction tool help

I updated OX Yosemite April 21st. NO further updates are available on the Mac App Store at this time.

The features displayed within System Preferences > Accessibility still do not contain "Diction" as an option in the left-hand panel, as stated above. How can I use the features described on this page?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), Diction tool

It's called "Dictation" and is the last entry in the list.

Still don't see that option for "Dictation" at the end of the list.

The Enhanced Dictation functionality was already available prior to this latest OS update, too.

I don't think you have a proper upgrade. Please download and install the OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 Combo Update.
