How do I put back to factory settings
I am trying to put my apple back to factory settings does anyone know hiw. IT is an IMAC 2010

Click here and follow the instructions. When you reach step 5, insert its original disk, restart with the C or Option key held down, use the Disk Utility to erase the internal drive, and install a fresh OS.
