When I answer a call on my iPhone 6, the volume is too low and I can barely hear the caller. My phone was initially set by AT&T Customer service, so I'm assuming the rep removed all packing materials before installing the assessories. How do I adjust the volume on the iPhone 6?

by pressing the volume-up button on the side of the device????
Or by dragging your finger from the bottom edge upwards so the Control Center opens and then adjusting the Volume slider.
This activity solved my problem. Pressing the side buttons does nothing for the volume. Thanks for the quick response. I've already verified that the problem is resolved. Thanks again.

Oh okay. I guess I just imagine seeing the visual feedback on the screen, and hearing the volume change each and every time I press the up and down buttons. My bad...
