I recently updated os x yosemite. But i was unable to update iWork. it shows me the mssg that app store is unable to update because the same was not
permissible with my current apple ID
MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
Make sure that you use correct apple id: Go to system preferences/ Users and groups/ passwords
man i am using the correct apple id, just now i updated iMovie but still unable to update iWork. customer care told me that this iWork is new as the same was not there in the last OS. so it was not updating. don't know what to do. how come it is possible that, it was not updating by my old apple id?? 😠
