You can't, usb speakers are audio cards which require device drivers something ios devices does not support
If your speakers have an AUX in port you could attach an A2DP bluetooth receiver module and connnect via Bluetooth or just use a jack cable between the Aux in port and the iPhone headphones socket
They're the original Harmon Kardon Soundsticks that have a USB connection to my Mac.
I have a pair of Bose computer speakers set up in my bedroom that has a jack and they work great with either the iPhone or iPad. But out in the living room I have the Soundsticks set up (as they have been for the past 15 years). They sound amazing and it would be nice to have a way to play my iPhone/iPad through them too. But if they won't, they won't. They still work great on my old beloved Mac Powerbook 13" (and even though it has some shortcomings, I don't care. It is still working GREAT btw)
