rMBP 2015 Wake Reason: ARPT (Network)

I can't seem to find out what is waking my Mac up so much. Battery life on standby is terrible. Snippet from running "syslog | grep -i "Wake reason"" through Terminal:

Can't seem to find out the issue via Google. I have extensively searched.

Appreciate any help.

P.S. this is a duplicate from rMBP 2015 10.10.3 Wake Reason: ARPT (Network). I do not know how it ended up in the OS X Mavericks section because I clearly remembered choosing Yosemite from the dropdown list. Anyhow, that one is closed and I would appreciate any help I can get from this section of the forum.

Thanks.

I have the same problem with my late 2012 iMac. Currently it only takes it a couple of minutes to wake up after I put it to sleep.

A syslog | grep -i "Wake reason" just says

Wake reason: EHC1

[HID] [ATC] AppleDeviceManagementHIDEventService::processWakeReason Wake reason: Host (0x01)

Can't believe this hasn't been fixed during the last years. Really, really annoying.

Same problem here.

No Solutions works for me.

rMBR 15 wakes up every minute when lid is closed.

Massive Battery drain.

I am having the same issue on Early 2015 rMBP. Wake reason as below:

Jun 15 08:49:17 Jamess-MBP kernel[0] <Notice>: ARPT: 13163.563836: ARPT: Wake Reason: Wake on Scan offload; Disconnect reason: Class 3 frame received from nonassociated STA

This seemed to only start when i updated to El Capitan 10.11.5.

Around the same time however, I did change routers to Plusnet Technicolour Gateway TG582n (2.4Ghz) so not sure which caused the issue.

Anyone made any progress. Currently using switching off wi-fi as a workaround but frustrating given that my machine is only 8 months old and was not exactly cheap.

Same here with my MBP Early 2015. Router: Zyxel Keenetic Ultra.

This issue does not drain my battery, but it is still annoying thing. And it is not stable. For example for 8 - 19 hours, when I was at work, only 3 times wake up: Logfile - https://www.dropbox.com/s/dviebaukpeqyq5w/wakelog.txt?dl=0

Looks like that all 3 times - I tried to connect from the work to macbook at home. AND I CAN PING MY MACBOOK throughout the day by local ip address!!! (while it slept as you can see in the log file)

BUT: at the evening I see that the macbook does not want to sleep well. Very strange.

Also you can look at my pmset -g log file - https://www.dropbox.com/s/bc86081xijfhujo/pmset-g-log.txt?dl=0

There is a very strange string like "Released PreventUserIdleSystemSleep "com.apple.audio.context235.preventuseridlesleep"

#pmset -g

Active Profiles:

Battery Power -1*

AC Power -1

Currently in use:

Also, look at my router log file - https://www.dropbox.com/s/tfejvzl88i2n7k9/zyxel-log.txt?dl=0

As you can see strings at the same time as in wake-reason-log file - https://www.dropbox.com/s/e8ucy4h0kuw38de/wakereason.txt?dl=0

My macbook 12" retina has hibernatemode 25 for testing, wi-fi still stays on

wl0: powerChange: *** BONJOUR/MDNS OFFLOADS ARE NOT RUNNING.

Thu Oct 27 21:13:43.611 <kernel> AirPort_Brcm43xx::platformWoWEnable: WWEN[enable]

Thu Oct 27 21:13:43.612 <kernel> AirPort_Brcm43xx::syncPowerState: WWEN[enabled]

This completely seems to be NOKIA effect, I remember when we tried to explain to NOKIA support that IMAP client does not work in their OS, later I got know from backdoor that there was nobody who really understand the whole issue even at elementary level.

This bug makes my whole mac fleet userless and I am considering now changing to Windows, nothing to do, I need to open my macbook with dozens of tabs at every morning and this is possible in Windows.
