How can I change time zones?
I set up my watch and the time is set to Pacific while I am actually in Central time. My phone is showing the correct time but my watch is two hours back set to pacific time.

Hey there, I first restarted my phone, time zone didn't change. Then i restarted my apple watch and it set the same time with my phone. So, mission accomplished âś…
(Also, there is a struggle in Turkey, we started to use GMT+3 which is selected to be the official time zone here. So, all devices went crazy and we had to adjust to summer time manually when all the devices updated themselves to winter time automatically). We are waiting for the summer time to be in line with our devices 🙂 I hope when the summer comes we will not need an update for this irony from Apple.
I Have the same problem too. My iPhone 6 plus and Apple Watch are 2 hours apart. I've tried changing the timezone on the iPhone, I've reset the watch and paired it 2 times now and still the issue persists. The Apple Watch User guide doesn't say anything about Setting the time or changing time zones either.
I actually found the solution. I restarted my iPhone while it was connected to the watch and then the watch updated to the correct time. Hope this solves your problem as well!
Worked like a charm. Thanks!
THIS HELPED ME! I WAS SO FRUSTRATED FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS..
thanks a lot!!! three days I was angry that the clock do everything, but do not show the correct time
This didn't work for me, but turning Bluetooth back on, and allowing the watch to sync, did. After arriving on a new continent, I had left the phone in airplane mode to avoid roaming charges, so bluetooth was off and the watch couldn't sync. Seems obvious in hindsight. :-)
In my case, the watch was showing Honolulu as the timezone in the lower right of the default clock face. None of the solutions in this message worked for me. I then realized that my World Clock on my iPhone had several cities in it and Honolulu was the first, San Francisco the second. Moving SF to the first, did not solve the problem. However, after watching this video, I was able to customize my clock and change the timezone shown to SF.

worked for me also! been driving me nuts for 3 days...solved! i have to admit i hate the 'just reboot' response..so MS-like..but as a last resort, it worked....
My Apple Watch is acting weird which does concerns me, my Apple Watch has the wrong time but I don't know how to change it.
Settings > General > Date & Time > Set Automatically
If you have blue tooth turned off, your watch will not change time zones as you travel.
This solution worked as soon as I turned my phone back on the time had been changed on the Apple Watch. This is the easiest and fastest way to do it đź‘Ť-1F3FC;
