How do I get a woodblock sound?

I need a percussive sound without a distinct pitch. I imported a midi file from Encore and the sound changed when I open it in Logic. All I need to do is change the instrument sound to something like a woodblock. Help, anyone?

I don't know if the recent versions of Logic/OSX still support the AU Quicktime instrument called "DLSMusicDevice" It's probably what Encore was using to produce sound.

To get the same sound you would go to the MIDI track that has the woodblock, under the I/O label in the Channel Strip, click and hold and you will get a listing of what's available. You want ---> AU Instruments/Apple/DLSMusicDevice (stereo) that should give you the same sound you were getting in Encore.
