Letters A + S won't work and AHT frozen.

Hi,

A few weeks ago my letters A and S stopped working on my Macbook Pro. I can press them as many and long as I want but they won't work. Sometimes they suddenly work for 1 time, but a second later they won't work anymore. When I use a external keyboard the letters do work.

So in tried cleaning the keys and the mechanism under the keys but that didn't help. My other problem is that when I start the Apple Hardware test it will freeze after 1min (let it ran for 12 hours and still frozen at 1min). Also tried the extented test but this one also won't work.

Besides this, my macbook is working perfectly.

It sounds the contacts on your keyboard are not doing proper connection take it for Apple service you may have to change the board is not very pricyyyy, this also may cause the other problem if these contacts are stuck on it. If I was you I will take it for service before you have more problem. in the mean time you can use an external or wireless keyboard. Good luck
