Unable to login to HBO Now in Ipad
Hi:
I was enjoying my free-month trial period of this application. It had been working fine in my Iphone, Mac, Ipad and Ipod Touch.
This morning, however, in my iPad said I needed to renew it. So I followed the steps, when it came the point to enter my used id and password, it said they did not match. I went through the forgotten password button, but received no email.
I tried to turn on and off the subscription in my Itunes account and did not work either. I once got the message that my user id was not in their records.
What else should I try?
