The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

How do you finalize the movie in iMovie?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

There is no such thing as finalization in iMovie 10. Just share it when you are happy with your project. If you want to keep the option of modifying it, keep the project in iMovie and you can go on editing it and re-sharing as long as you like.
