Take your phone (or whatever hacked device you believe you have), with proof of purchase receipt to your local Apple Store and see if they can help.

Pretty much the same thing happened to me. The easy way is to back up your data, then have Apple wipe the phone, and start fresh with a new email account. If you do not mind being bullied out of your email account.
