I need help changing the Apple ID on my IMAC the wrong ID is greyed out
I have an 2013 IMAC I'm trying to update my mac, but there's a email address in there that isn't mine and its greyed out so i can't change it.

Your post doesn't tell us anything useful so we can help you. You don't state what version of OS X is installed and you assume we somehow know what "in there" means. Please re-write your post so that we can at least figure out what you are attempting to do.
