Customisation at Apple Store

Hey guys,

I want to take advantage of the higher education discount available to purchase a new MacBook Pro, however, I can't do this via the online store, this is due to the fact that I have accepted an unconditional offer, but I do not yet have any login details for my university.

So yeah, I can't customise online due to the aforementioned problem, can I customise in-store (I want to change the processor and the ram)?
