How can I change my height and weight in Activity?

When it first asked for my height and weight, I didn't know so I just guessed. Well I know what my height and weight is, but don't know how to change it.

First, open the watch app on your phone. Tap the "my watch" tab, scroll down to and tap on the heath tab, tap edit on the top, then you can change a bunch of health-related settings, including height and weight. Tap done to save.

I have not found any way to change the activity level settings once you initially set them. However, you can set the "move" level which is a finer adjustment and as far as I can gather, has the same effect. If you press on one of the circles in the Activity App on the Watch, it will bring up a screen which allows you set the number of calories. It's not ideal and you have to do a bit of trial and error to get the level right. This affects how quickly you achieve the red "move" ring. I don't think you can alter the exercise ring, but it is possible that it is affected by the number of calories you set.

If you select "Health" in the Apple Watch App on the iPhone, you can edit height and weight here. I thought it took these numbers from the iPhone Health App but it does not seem to as my weight obviously changes, but what appears here does not. Also it only gives metric numbers and I use imperial ones, and there does not appear to be any way to alter it.
