Siri gets my name wrong on watch

I noticed that when my workout ends on the Watch or when I use Siri the Watch is calling me "demo1"

I have successfully set my contact information on my iPhone and Siri knows my name there.

How can I update the Watch so it knows my name?

This may seem silly but can you confirm that in your iPhone > Settings > General > Siri > My Info, that you have set 'My Info' to be yourself?

If not that, maybe your Watch is in demo mode? (But I think you would have noticed that).
