Pop ups

This message keeps popping up when I try to log into my school account, "undefined is not an object (evaluating 'item.notificationIds.each')". I am also all of the sudden getting random words highlighted with green arrows above them, when I hover over them they are ads. Random ads have been starting to pop up as well.
