Dial an extension after making a phone call from the Apple Watch?

This is a help forum, so it's so annoying when people don't answer with a direct yes or no. Even worse when you add unnecessary attitude.

NO, the Apple Watch is not set up to go through phone calls that use the automated system (as in "For English, press 1. Para Español, oprima dos.") At this time, you are not able to access the keypad on your Apple Watch when making phone calls.

No need to be snooty by giving a snobby and runaround answer like "As noted, give your feedback to Apple."

This feature would be really helpful. I couldn't even answer an Apple support callback over my Apple Watch because they do not use voice recognition software on their automated support line. The irony of innovation!

I have to agree with you. The Apple Watch leaves a lot to be desired. I feel that it mostly hands off most tasks to your iPhone. So far, it's not quite as useful as I'd hope it would be.

Yes, I gave that answer back in April. Sorry if failing to include the word "No" made it more difficult for you to understand. Please understand that this is a user-to-user technical support forum. No one here can change anything. However, if you want Apple to make changes, the more people who submit feedback to them, the more likely they are to make those changes. It's not being "snotty" to suggest people give feedback to Apple, it's an extremely pragmatic piece of advice if what you want to do is get them to change.

So, have you submitted your feedback?

I personally find it very useful. But, it is not is an iPhone on your wrist. Could it be improved? Of course, and I fully expect that it will. But, it was not designed to replace the iPhone and as such will have limitations.

As advised by others, the best way to get enhancements, or fixes, is to report them directly to Apple.
