iOS 8.4 Public Beta 1 - Music Library Missing

So I updated my iPhone 6 Plus to 8.4 Public Beta 1, and the worst thing I feared has happened - I can no longer play my music. Actually, it's just that the music app says I have no music on my phone, but when connected to iTunes, the music data and the library is still there. The only way to bypass this for myself is to go to Settings -> Music -> turn on "Show All Music". But this is a weak work-around, as turning on this option will literally show ALL my music, including songs I have purchased and deleted off of my iPhone and in the iCloud. This is very annoying and certainly annoy the **** out of me. I COULD restore from an earlier backup and downgrade back to 8.3, but I feel like I should ask anyway.

Anyone tried other methods to have the music app play ONLY the music downloaded to the phone?

You were asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement when signing up for the beta program:

CUSTOMER SEED AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

OSX Beta Program FAQs>

The NDA prohibits you from discussing software beta issues here or anywhere else. The two documents above describe how to submit problem reports to Apple.
