I can't log into the app store

For some reason, my iPhone 5C won't log into the App Store. I am currently running 8.3. I scroll to the bottom of the App Store to sign in, type my information in, then click sign in. The App store will go back to how it was; unchanged. It still says Sign In at the bottom. How do I fix this?

Thanks for your guys's time. Fortunately, I have fixed the problem. I discovered that it was indeed a software problem. To fix it, I backed up my phone, reset it, then restored it to how it was. This immediately fix the problem. I am now able to log in to anything I need, update apps, and purchase through the iTunes Store while keeping what I originaly had. 🙂
