I'm trying to reset my apple security questions with rescue email but i dont get the link

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.

If you are not receiving the link to reset your Apple ID Security questions you have a few options.

- Maybe try to change the reset email address to another one.

- Check spam folders

- Last but not least call AppleCare with the number of the country you are in. USA is 800-275-2273

- They will have you log in to appleid.apple.com and click on Password and Security and generate a Temporary Support Pin when you call.

As you know, this malady is not uncommon. I have yet to see any posting that 'explains' why some folk experience this phenomenon. As Senior Sensei, can you reveal - glitch or User Action (or lack thereof)?

That link will only appear to people who have previously set up a rescue email address; this isn't the same as an alternate email address.
