Jk, well, can't really have the watch loose. Sounds like it may be pinching a nerve? Perhaps order a different strap? Honestly, there is some truth behind my joke, some wrist workouts may do you wonders.

Also - have you had this with any other watch?

May 15, 2015 1:39 AM in response to anoop_81by as41,After having the watch for nearly 3 weeks now and trying various methods of wearing the band I have put the issue down to the Stainless Steel Case with Milanese Loop combination. It's must be something to do with the way the case and band sits on your wrist and possibly the strength of the magnet as there are others with similar problems :

I appreciate this is not effecting everyone but as many others with the issues report the same problem it seems for some of us unlucky ones this combo wont work.
I am now going to wait for my sport band to come and get rid of the ML and if the problem still persists will unfortunately have to sell the device despite really loving its functionality.
For your information today I have not worn my AW and have got on my previous usual timepiece and the pain as instantly gone with no odd sensations from my wrist to elbow!

May 18, 2015 10:46 AM in response to as41by Imac 27 I5,★HelpfulFrom what I can see, the Apple Watch bottom is slightly convex and this with the weight of the metal band is most likely what is applying pressure to a nerve.
Most normal watches have a flat bottom distributing the weight better than the Apple Watch that is probably concentrating the pressure on a smaller surface.
I personally do not have that issue but I know that some people are sensitive to heavy watches.

Jul 12, 2015 1:14 PM in response to anoop_81by NorbiV6,Try the other size of sport band included in the box of the apple watch. I had tried the M/L size first as a default then I changed to S/M size and this one feels much better compared the bigger one because the ending of the bands does not hurts my skin.

Aug 5, 2015 9:19 PM in response to anoop_81by anoop_81,Hi All,
I had decided to wait out and see if i will get used to this or if the pain might go off by magic. But none of this happned yet. I didnt want to sell the watch as of yet, not because i am a big fan of it but because i still am a fan of apple and didnt want others to throw dirt at apple saying people are trying to sell off the watch already.
Interestingly i got a call from apple office checking with me what the issue was, i explained it to the consultant and more interesting he replied with an 'OK' and disconnected the call..disappointing!!!!
