How do you move album folder into another artist folder?

I purchased from iTunes two Earth, Wind & Fire albums but iTunes put album A in an artist folder called "Earth, Wind & Fire" and put album B in an artist folder called "Earth Wind & Fire". The difference being one artist folder has a comma; the other does not. I would like to put both albums in the artist folder called "Earth, Wind & Fire". I tried using Windows Explorer to cut and paste album B into the "Earth, Wind & Fire" artist folder and then delete the comma-less artist folder but the comma-less artist folder still shows up in the iTune's artist list and album B does not show up when I click on the "Earth, Wind & Fire" artist icon.

So what is the correct way to solve this problem?

Desktop PC-OTHER, Windows 7

Change the Artist and/or Artist Album value in iTunes (right-click > Get Info > Details tab). If you have these options enabled in Edit > Preferences > Advanced:

User uploaded file\

then iTunes will automatically name the artist and album folders. Moving, renaming, or otherwise modifying media files and folders in Windows Explorer is generally a bad idea as in most cases it will cause broken links where the information held in iTunes' database no longer matches the files and folders on your computer.
