What cable do I use to charger an ipad2 through a 10w charger. It will charge using my iPhone 4 cable using the 5w charger but it is not fast enough.

The cable will be the same, no matter which charger you use. Yes, the iPad will charge very slowly using the iPhone charger, as it doesn't provide sufficient current.
You can use the same cable. This is the cable and as you can see it is compatible with an iPhone 4 and an iPad 2nd generation. http://store.apple.com/us/product/MA591G/C/apple-30-pin-to-usb-cable?fnode=3a
It is only the charger that is different but you can use the current 12 watt charger on both if you want: http://store.apple.com/us/product/MD836LL/A/apple-12w-usb-power-adapter?fnode=3c
UUnfortunately the iPhone 4 cable won't charge the iPad through the 10w charger
