iPhoto Library not Ready Error ? MacBook Pro/iTunes iPhotos are not syncing to iPhone?

Equipment/Devices: MacBook Pro and iPhone 6
iPhotos are not syncing to my iPhone. I am receive an "error" message stating that my iPhotos are not ready? This has only occurred over the last couple of weeks. What am I missing?
