Can I order through the computer an unlocked and without a line service Iphone and pay it with a credit card?

I will be going out of the country, and a family member, who is not here in the United States, wants to buy an Iphone 6 that is unlocked and without a cellphone service, for me to take it over there. So I was wondering if I could order it on the computer with those specific things and if you can pay it with a credit card? Or can you only do this by going to the actual store and paying with cash?

I can't imagine that there is a cash requirement at all for any iPhone from Apple.

If you order from the U.S. Store then you can only have it delivered in the U.S.

The warranty is only valid in the U.S. and the LTE service in the other country may not be compatible with the U.S. iPhone
