Please explain who the top participants are? What are the points assigned to their names? Thanks

I just activated my Apple My Support capability. I am using an iMac 215 inch with 1 TB of memory. When I went to the IMac area, within My Support, I noted questions and a list of people called Participants whom one can contact. Who are these Participants and what are the points assigned to their names? Tnx
